Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Custom Orders: Customized or bespoke items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process

Approval: Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
